Field Trip - Mini Golf

Please be sure to check your email the day of the event for important information about where to check in. Please also note if you are under the age of 17, we will require a signed permission slip from your parent or guardian which will be sent in a separate email from us directly at jwbrecovery2022@gmail.com. Signatures must be by hand - electronic signatures are not accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel any field trips if we receive fewer than 2 RSVPs 48 hours before the event start time, or if we experience unexpected schedule changes.
